  • Summary: This Association data set was collected from the recently established SchizophreniaGene Database, which includes more than 2500 association studies for more than 700 genes (as of 05/30/2009). We downloaded their genotyping data and processed them by a data cleaning and risk-allele evaluation pipeline developed in our recent combined odds ratio (OR) method (Sun et al. (2008)). We selected genes that had significant P value using our combined OR method or at least one positive association result in publication. Currently, this gene set contains 278 protein-coding genes, 2 miscRNA genes and 1 gene with unknown gene-type.  Detailed information can be found here.
